A relaxing yet challenging class that delves deeper into your body, past the superficial layers of muscle, to target the connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons and fascia of your body. Postures are held for longer periods of time in which, props are used and you are encouraged to relax further. This is a subtle, but powerful practice for the body and the mind.
