Hot Yoga (60 Min)


Traditional hot yoga comprising of 26 postures and two breathing exercises in a set sequence. Each posture is held for 10-60s.

Hot Pilates (45 Min)


Experience a low-impact class that builds core strength and flexibility while toning muscles with proper alignment and breathing. Suitable for all fitness levels, hot Pilates is a balanced workout that improves posture, reduces stress, and enhances body awareness.

Functional Fit (45/60 Min)


This functional fitness bodyweight class includes fundamental movement patterns- squat, lunge, bend, twist- and move in all three planes of motion for a functional full body workout that tones and sculpts.

Warm Flow (60 Min)


Get your body moving and your mind flowing in a dynamic and energizing flow yoga class. With breath-linked movements, build strength, flexibility, and balance as you gracefully flow from one pose to the next, leaving you feeling revitalized and centered.

Cardio Kickboxing (60 Min)


Learn proper techniques for jabs, crosses and kicks, and engage your entire body with upbeat music. This fun and full-body workout promises to leave you feeling strong, energized and ready to take on anything that comes your way!

Yin Yoga (60/75 Min)


Yin Yoga involves holding poses for longer periods to stretch connective tissues and promote relaxation, emphasizing stillness and acceptance. Yin Yoga is ideal for releasing tension and cultivating calmness.

Hot Hatha (60 Min)


Experience an invigorating, full-body workout in our Hot Hatha class. Ignite your inner fire as you move through a sequence of static postures in a heated room. Improve your flexibility, build strength, and feel rejuvenated from head to toe.

Power Yoga (60 Min)


Power yoga is a dynamic and athletic style of yoga that combines strength-building movements, such as lunges and push-ups, with fluid transitions and breathwork, offering a vigorous full-body workout.

Original Hot 90 (90 Min)


Our most challenging class features a set sequence of 26 poses and breathing exercises that enhance physical and mental wellbeing. It includes standing, seated, and lying postures, held for specific durations to promote strength, flexibility, and alignment.
