If you've always wanted to learn how to do a headstand or handstand, then this workshop is perfect for you. Julie Cook has been balancing upside down for over 40 years and has immense experience teaching gymnastics and yoga. She will safely teach you the foundations and progressions on arm balancing.
We're excited to be offering a two-part arm balancing clinic with AcroJulie on Monday, October 15 & Wednesday, October 17 from 6:30-8:00pm. $55 for both days.
Julie recommends doing a hot class to warm-up for the arm balancing and will be guest teaching the 4:30pm Hot 60 on both days.
