Our Vancouver yoga studio is located on Kingsway and Boundary in Boundary Plaza; we offer expert guidance, state-of-the-art infrared heating panels, and an inviting atmosphere help you build balance, strength, and flexibility.

Yes! Our classes are beginner friendly and don’t require any flexibility to start. Take the first step and get started today.

We have a water fountain here for you to fill up your bottle and have water, coconut water, and kombucha available for purchase.

Rentals are also available for $4.00/piece.

Please wear comfortable, breathable and stretchy clothes that allow for ease of movement.

  1. Please arrive 20 minutes early for orientation.
  2. Stay hydrated throughout the day.
  3. Do not eat a minimum of 2 hours before class.
